OkaloosaMLS.com

OkaloosaMLS.com, located at http://www.okaloosamls.com, is a full-service real estate site for Brandon Jordan, a real estate broker located in Crestview and Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The site has been in operation for over ten years. In addition to the page's layout, design, graphics, and Flash work, I also designed and implemented its database solution. The Mailing List and CMA forms (pictured below) store the data entered by the user into a database. This data can then be easily retrived through the site's control panel, and individual reports can be generated.

The website also receives data from the local MLS via the Internet Data Exchange (IDX) to store current real estate listing data in a database and display dynamic listing information to users using a fully automated process. The listings are updated daily and fully searchable in multiple ways.
