Help Me Buy My New Home is a custom skill on the Amazon Alexa platform that allows users to search for real estate listings for sale in the Northwest Florida area solely by voice. Once the skill is open, a user can say something like "search for properties built after 2005" or "show me listings that cost less than $200,000" or "give me only properties with three bedrooms" and Alexa will read a list of properties for sale matching those search criteria. Additional information about the properties is available via Cards in the Amazon Alexa app for Android and iOS devices. The Echo Show's display shows a picture of each listing when the skill is invoked on that device.
Users can search for listings for sale by property characterisitics (bedrooms, bathrooms, price, year built, square footage, property type, city), by MLS number, or by property address. The skill is available on all Amazon Alexa-enabled devices.
